Boootify Right Size Exchange Guarantee
Unfortunately we can't process exchanges (where you return the item to us and we send you another size) but we understand that you need the peace of mind of getting the right size for your leggings.

So here is what we will do. If the leggings you got are the right size you ordered but do not fit then simply send a few photos, showing us it's too big or small and once approved we will send you a new one with your preferred size for just a $9.95 postage fee! You get to keep the old one and have the new one in your correct size! No need for returns. No need to print out postage labels. No need to return your original product to us.

Yes, we know it sounds ridiculous letting you keep your original product and to be honest, this could drive us out of business. But it was the next best thing the team at Boootify could think of to ensure you get the right size. So there you have it =)
If you do have an item you would like to exchange with us then check out the instructions below

Email us at support@boootify (or at the contact us page) with the following details:

Name 
Order number (from the email we sent you)
Size you would like to exchange to
Attach two photos of the product and the size discrepancy

Once approved we will send you a link to pay for your postage and then you can sit back and relax while we send your new pair of leggings in the mail!

***Please note that each item will incur a $9.95 postage fee.
***Maximum of 5 exchanges per calendar year 1 Jan - 31 Dec
***Exchanges subject to email approval
***You must contact us at support@boootify.com within 7 days of your tracked item arriving
***Keep note that the only thing that can be exchange is the size. Different models, colors cannot be included as these count as change of mind which unfortunately we do not cover.

No Regrets Return Policy
You have 45 days from your purchase date to activate our ‘No Regrets’ refund policy. Sometimes our products gets damaged or just isn’t up to standard ... Things that are sometimes out of our control. But if you do have a faulty item, incorrect product, or are dissatisfied with the quality of our products then please contact us immediately!

Send us a few photos of the faulty item and once approved we will send you a new one absolutely FREE. Shipping is on us. And, the replacement product is on us!

You also have the option of getting a full money back refund via paypal OR a 110% store credit (no expiry date)

Unfortunately there are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases. If you have any other questions or concerns we are always ready to listen to them and help wherever we can!
